Breathwork is an active and therapeutic meditation, where conscious control of breathing is directed at influencing a person’s mental, emotional and/or physical state. It is an internal journey where you will solve old patterns that are blocking you.
Consistent breathing therapy is a powerful technique. It helps you to leave stress, inner tension, and repressed emotions. In this inner journey, you activate your own healing.
Through the smooth activation of the body you can connect the movement with the breath.
The Breathing session lasts about an hour and a half and is done lying down.
The session ends with more breathing exercises, which you can integrate into your daily life.
